F.A.Q
1. What is Navigation Point?
Navigation Point delivers personalized, creativity-infused wellness experiences — intentional pauses guided by an experienced facilitator.
Sessions combine creativity, mindfulness, and celebratory engagement to help participants quiet mental noise, reconnect with themselves,
and foster clarity and well-being.
2. Is this art therapy?
No. Navigation Point is not a clinical therapy service. While we draw on principles from expressive arts and mindfulness research, sessions
are facilitator-led, playful, and celebratory, designed to support clarity, calm, and insight — without a therapeutic framework.
3. Who can benefit from a session?
Anyone looking to pause, reconnect, and gain clarity — whether individuals, couples, small groups, workplace teams, or community
program participants. Sessions are personalized to meet each participant’s needs, pace, and space.
4. How are sessions personalized?
Every session is facilitator-guided and tailored to participants’ goals, context, and preferences.
This includes:
Creative activities chosen to match the group size and objectives
Pace and structure designed for engagement and reflection
Opportunities for individual or collective celebration of the process
5. How long are sessions?
Sessions vary depending on the experience:
Individuals/Couples: 60–90 minutes
Small Groups: 90–120 minutes
Workplace Workshops: 90–120 minutes
Community Programs: Flexible, based on partner goals
6. Do I need any artistic skill to participate?
Absolutely not. Navigation Point sessions are accessible to everyone, regardless of prior artistic experience. The focus is on process,
reflection, and intentional pause, not creating a masterpiece.
7. What outcomes can I expect?
While outcomes vary for each participant, research and experience show that sessions can:
-Reduce stress and mental clutter
-Foster clarity and renewed focus
Encourage insight and reflection
-Promote creativity, joy, and connection
-Every session is experiential and memorable, providing a pause you’ll carry with you beyond the session.
8. Where do sessions take place?
Navigation Point sessions are mobile and flexible. We can meet participants:
-At your home or other private spaces
-In workplaces
-As part of community programs
To ensure each session is safe, comfortable, and fully engaging, we ask that the space be quiet, confidential, and free from distractions. This
helps create a supportive environment where participants can feel fully present and focused. If the space does not allow for these
conditions, the session may need to be rescheduled or relocated.
9. What makes Navigation Point different from other wellness experiences?
Navigation Point combines facilitator expertise, creativity, mindfulness, intentional pause, and celebratory engagement. Unlike spas,
relaxation apps, or traditional art therapy, our sessions are process-driven, personalized, and designed to create insight, calm, and clarity in
a playful and memorable way.
10. How do I book a session?
To book a session, start by requesting a 15–30 minute complimentary consultation through our Services page. During this consultation, we’ll
explore your needs, guide you through available options, and design a personalized experience that best supports your goals. Please note:
sessions can only be booked following this consultation.
11. What are the fees for a session?
Navigation Point offers bespoke, personalized sessions tailored to your needs, group size, and location. Because each experience is uniquely
designed, fees are reviewed and confirmed during the complimentary consultation. We’ll work with you to design an experience that fits
your goals and budget. You can book your consultation through our Services page.
