Sessions
At Navigation Point, our sessions are designed as intentional pauses where creativity and mindfulness intersect — the Navigation Point — to ‘quiet the noise’, restore clarity, and reduce stress.
What do the sessions include?
Each workshop is expressive-arts inspired and artist-facilitated, blending self-expression, creative play, and mindful reflection in a non-clinical setting. This approach offers participants a safe and engaging space to reconnect with themselves and discover new perspectives.
Themes often include:
• Stress reduction and mental well-being
• Emotional resilience and self-awareness
• Creative problem-solving and intuitive thinking
• Connection and collaboration (especially for groups)
Activities are hands-on, exploratory, and adaptable. They include guided creative exercises, reflective writing, and moments of quiet pause to access inner wisdom.
Who do we work with?
We work with individuals, couples, intimate groups, workplace teams, and community programs — welcoming and embracing people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and lived experiences. Every session is intentionally inclusive and trauma-informed, ensuring participants feel respected, supported, and celebrated.
What materials are provided?
Each session provides all necessary materials and concludes with participants keeping their creative piece — a tangible memento of their inner wisdom and the ‘power of pause.’
